Attencion!!! All exchange transfers should be sent without any protection code and must have the following memo: "exchange to XXXX acc. YYYY", where XXXX is the payment system where you want to transfer your money and YYYY is the number of your account. If there is no memo, and you did not discussed that with us before sending, your funds will be returned to you after deduction of 10% of the amount of money we received.

Example:

Exchanging your Liberty Reserve to Pecunix: Transfer the amount of money you want to exchange to Liberty Reserve X115658 (wm-center) and type the following comment in the memo: "exchange to Pecunix acc. XXXX", where XXXX is the number of your account in Pecunix.

If you want to transfer more than $500 to our account you are recommended to ask our operators in advance to find out if it's possible to make the desired transfer immediatelly. If you transferred the money without any preliminary approval, your money transfer might be delayed for uncertain time. We usually have efficient reserves in all e-currencies, but anyway better ask our support before making transfer. In case if client cancels a transfer, the funds will be returned after deduction of our minimum fee of $5.

The fee is charged from the amount we received on our account.
